Moving on up: New branding to take us to the next level

It’s a well-known industry secret that our talent represents the top ten percent of the market. How do we achieve this? Success breeds success as they say, and if you’re the best, you’re going to want to work with emagine Consulting, whether you’re a client or consultant. This has been the bedrock of our company since we began. We set out to attract the best consultants and achieved it through a mix of forensic interview formula and testing protocols, going on to deliver for our clients, and challenging top tier competitors with the ability to move quickly and efficiently in a way that isn’t always possible for big corporate entities who are set in their ways.

And now we’re moving into our next stage of growth, joining the top table whilst maintaining added value, high levels of service, and ensuring that senior managers stay with the project to see it through, unlike many of our bigger competitors.

You may or may not have noticed that we have updated our branding, because for all the reasons above, we’ve outgrown our previous iteration.

Why are we telling you all this? You may or may not have noticed that we have updated our branding, because for all the reasons above, we’ve outgrown our previous iteration.

Our new style is designed to reflect who we are, to be open and clear, with a sense of integrity, trust and authenticity. Every aspect of your engagement with us is reflected in our new brand strategy. Our photography portrays real situations, and the style is warm, human, and approachable. It’s an insight into the level of collaboration and trust we enjoy with our clients. Our logo design and brand colours are vibrant, bold, energetic and immediately recognisable, and our key purpose is clear – to challenge and enhance the way businesses leverage high-end expertise.

For the non-marketing types among you, this may seem like so much fluff. But that’s not the case. Branding and a company's brand identity begins with a mission and a clear vision. It’s more than just what you sell. It’s about defining what sets you apart and communicating that to your audience. We want everything we do to inspire our clients' and staff’s loyalty. Communication - both written and visual - is an important part of that. Our ability to listen, understand and adapt to our clients’ and consultants’ unique challenges and priorities enables us to create real impact and value that is second to none, ultimately leading to meaningful partnerships.

Our ability to listen, understand and adapt to our clients’ and consultants’ unique challenges and priorities enables us to create real impact and value that is second to none.

A major criticism of our industry is lack of clarity as to exactly what services we offer, and we have worked hard to be clear in that, too.

We seek excellence in everything we do, and that extends to every part of our business from team extensions, to managed services, to joining us as an emagineer, so it follows that our communications should reflect our ambition, integrity, and innovative nature.

All of this stems from the fact that emagine Consulting in the UK has firmly established itself as a significant provider of professional and technology consultancy services for a plethora of leading financial institutions, and as we take our expertise to the next level, everything we do assures our place in the sector as a viable, innovative, and forward-thinking alternative to the Big Four.
