We are currently looking for dynamic, resourceful and proficient individuals to join our Reg Practice as BCBS239 Business Analyst ; delivering a range of projects. The main objective of this role is to facilitate the implementation of BCBS239 regulations within the data office by applying deep expertise in financial services. You will act as a liaison between technical teams and operational stakeholders, ensuring both regulatory compliance and alignment with wider organizational goals.

The role:

  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure effective implementation of BCBS239 standards.

  • Analyse and document current practices in data management and governance.

  • Facilitate communication between data office and stakeholders to ensure alignment with BCBS239 requirements.

  • Provide insights and recommendations based on findings in the data landscape of the organization.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience with BCBS239 regulation.

  • Knowledge of financial services and prior experience in banking environments.

  • Understanding of data office functions beyond client onboarding.

  • Familiarity with data governance frameworks.

  • Experience in risk management within financial institutions.

  • Background in data analytics or related tools.
