Summary:
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the transition and development of a new Strategic Client Portal (SCP) for a wealth management project, consolidating multiple existing portals into one streamlined system while ensuring current functionalities remain operational.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the build and development of the new Strategic Client Portal.
Manage the consolidation of existing portals into one system.
Ensure the current portals remain functional during the transition.
Engage stakeholders and client-facing teams throughout the project.
Implement Agile methodologies for project delivery.
