Main Responsibilities
As a Senior Manager / Process Engineer, you will be responsible for driving process improvements and enhancing customer journeys.
Identify and implement key enhancements in customer experiences.
Utilize Six Sigma methodologies to streamline processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders for effective process re-engineering.
Analyze customer feedback to determine improvement metrics.
Monitor and report on project progress and outcomes.
Lead workshops and training sessions on best practices.
Conduct root cause analysis for operational challenges.
Develop strategies to minimize customer attrition.
Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry standards.
Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Process Engineer / Senior Manager in wholesale or commercial banking.
Black Belt or Ninja in Six Sigma methodologies.
Expertise in customer journey enhancement and process improvement.
Strong analytical skills with a customer-centric approach.
Experience in risk management frameworks.
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated success in implementing process changes.
Hands-on experience identifying metrics for improvement.
Experience in commercial banking or investment banking contexts.
Nice to Have
Experience with Gemba walks and operational audits.
Familiarity with market surveys and target group analyses.
Knowledge of as-is process mapping methods.
Use of root cause analysis tools like fishbone models.
