Key Skills:

• RPA Developer / Architect with over 4 years’ experience

• Expert knowledge of UIPath development

• Experienced in architecture, design and implementation of new robots into applications

• Experienced user of ELK

• Skilled in documentation review and drafting in English

• Good communication skills able to engage and coach a multinational team

• Engaged in RPA technology and its evolution

Key Tasks:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of RPA solutions using UIPath.

• Architect scalable and efficient RPA solutions, leveraging UIPath and the Elastic Stack.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, users, developers, business analysts, etc. to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, design patterns, and best practices.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members/service providers, guiding them in best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles.

• Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality, performance, and security of RPA solutions.

• Identify and address potential risks, bottlenecks, and technical challenges.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement strategies for automation scalability, performance optimization, and continuous improvement.

• Integrate DevOps methodologies into the RPA development lifecycle.
