emagine is looking for your skills to design enterprise data architecture (EDA) to facilitate flexible sharing and exchange of enterprise data and enable AI-driven decision making.

 

 

Key Skills:

 

  • Senior Enterprise Data Architect, experienced working in large complex international environments

  • Strong knowledge and focus on Business domain, data/content and process understanding

  • Effective conceptualization, pattern recognition and teaming skills

  • Data modeling and information classification expertise at enterprise level

  • Understanding of metamodels, taxonomies and ontologies, and the challenges of applying structured techniques to less-structured sources

  • Familiarity with MDM, BI and data warehouse development techniques

  • Knowledge of problem analysis, structured analysis and design, and programming techniques

  • Ability to assess rapidly changing technologies and apply them to business needs

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills, including the ability to create marketing and messaging materials for stakeholders

  • Ability to analyze project, program and portfolio needs, and  how to address those needs

  • Ability to balance short-term results with long-term needs and to offer incremental approaches to achieve strategic objectives

 

Key Tasks:

 

Enterprise Data Architecture

  • Lead the development of the requirements, principles and models for the future-state EDA

  • Documentation of the current-state data architecture

  • Identify, analyse gaps and develop plans with enterprise architect team to achieve the future state

  • Ensure quality, security, stability and agility of the EDA to meet evolving business needs

  • Establish the uniform and consistent identifiers, formats and protocols necessary for sharing and exchanging enterprise data (including structured and unstructured sources).

  • Champion efforts to improve business performance through EDA solutions and capabilities

  • Oversee the implementation of EDA through the organization's project portfolio

  • Facilitate the development of a corporate data policy or data management strategy

  • Participate in efforts to redesign or modify the EDA as part of, or in coordination with, business improvement initiatives.

  • Identify opportunities to generate revenue or improve business performance

  • Monitor regulatory guidelines, compliance-related guidance and emerging industry standards

 

Enterprise Artificial Intelligence Architecture

  • Lead the development of requirements, principles and strategy for the future-state AI Architecture

  • Documentation of the current-state.

  • Collaborate with data scientists and other AI professionals to identify and pilot use cases.

  • Verify the feasibility of use cases and architectural design with business teams

  • Translate the vision of business leaders into realistic technical implementation

  • Align technical implementation with existing and future requirements

  • Play a key role in defining the AI architecture and selecting appropriate

  • Work closely with security and risk leaders to foresee and mitigate risks

  • Facilitate innovation - Collect, Analyse and Review Innovations, Trends, Disruptions

  • Assess disruptive forces affecting the organization and identify technology-enabled innovation opportunities

  • Run pilots to create new products and services and integrate into operations for the organization.
