Overview: emagine is seeking an experienced Front Office Business Analyst to join our consultancy team, working with a leading investment bank on a significant integration project. The successful candidate will lead the Front Office stream during the planning phase and feasibility study, with a focus on Interest Rate (IR) products, Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, and client onboarding. This role involves conducting comprehensive analysis and estimating technology costs, working closely with the Technology department and reporting directly to the Programme.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead high-level analysis and provide technology cost estimates for the integration project.
Support the business in gathering formal Business Requirements and contribute to the Technical Design documents.
Review and provide input into As-Is and To-Be workflows for trade booking and lifecycle management.
Conduct detailed product analysis for onboarding affiliate IR and CRD products into unified platforms.
Map products into application templates and perform detailed analysis to align pricing models.
Provide estimates for Front Office delivery to support the project approval process.
Address trade booking queries, particularly in relation to SWAPS, FX, Repos, and similar trades.
Offer general ad-hoc support for Front Office-related tasks.
Serve as the primary contact for affiliates regarding all Front Office-related tasks and issues.
Perform thorough analysis of trade migration and the KYC/client onboarding process.
Complete project and work-stream status reports to keep stakeholders informed of progress.
Experience Needed:
Experience as a Business Analyst within a Front Office environment, in an investment banking context.
Strong knowledge of Interest Rate products, KYC, and client onboarding processes.
Proven experience with SWAPS, FX, Repos, and other similar trades.
Experience with Murex, including configuration, trade booking, and lifecycle management.
Proven track record in conducting high-level analysis and estimating technology costs for large-scale projects.
Experience in supporting business requirements gathering and contributing to technical design.
Familiarity with trade booking workflows and lifecycle management.
Ability to conduct detailed product analysis and map pricing models within application templates.
