Are you a Service owner/manager with experience of large workspace migrations?
emagine is looking for your skills to support the migration / separation of AODocs as part of a large organisational demerge.
Key Skills:
Project or Service Manager 5-10 years of experience
Experience in designing, implementing, and supporting digital workplace environments focused on AODocs and related products
Experience with the following systems/tech is a significant plus: Google Workspace and/or Office 365 migrations AODocs
Understanding of business models, particularly within the context of collaboration & digital workplaces.
Experience managing a team of digital workplace service professionals.
Proven ability and experience to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for troubleshooting complex issues. Certifications in relevant technologies is a plus.
Fluent in English – French nice to have
Key Tasks:
AODocs service owner to support the Separation Project Manager and migration partner IT team during the transition
Ensure migration design, build and cut-over meet business/technical requirements and minimizing user experience issues
Plan and orchestrate the migration batches of AODocs libraries
Investigate and orchestrate, with business owners and a technical expert, the migration scenario for complex libraries
Clarify the impacts of the migration on the AODocs users
Deliver communications/guides to ensure optimal UX during the separation
Operationalize required processes; to ensure efficient/effective administration following the cut-over/go-live
Collaborate on designing robust administration model to manage AODocs’ post-migration
