Overview: emagine Consulting is seeking a skilled Programme Manager to join our dynamic team and be deployed at a leading investment bank with a focus across back office operations. As a Programme Manager at emagine, you will have the opportunity to drive transformative projects, enhance operational efficiency, and shape the future of banking.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage complex programmes within the investment bank's back office operations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivering measurable results.
Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to define project scope, objectives, and timelines, and effectively communicate progress and milestones.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, risk assessments, and resource allocation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
Identify and mitigate risks and issues proactively, adapting strategies as necessary to ensure project success and minimize disruptions.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, driving efficiency gains and operational excellence across all programme initiatives.
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
Desired Skills:
Proven experience as a Programme Manager leading complex projects within the financial industry, with a focus on back office operations within investment banking.
Strong understanding of investment banking operations, processes, and regulations.
Experience in managing programmes related to key subjects such as Data Management, Operations Optimization, and Regulatory Reporting.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Strategic mindset with a focus on driving business outcomes and delivering value to clients
