Are you a Senior IT Program Manager, skilled in the definition build and running of large international programs with complex interdependencies?
emagine has an opportunity for you to drive a major program to lead the physical demerge of an international organisation. This will require understanding of a complex landscape of linked programs and projects, building robust and efficient monitoring reporting and monitoring structures, and delivering clear and persuasive communications.
Key Skills:
Over 15 years’ experience in IT Program Management in complex international environments
Skilled in building new programs: defining objectives, building plans, projects, structures, committees …
Experience in mapping and monitoring complex internal and external interdependencies
Vendor management experience
Strong stakeholders Management skills including CXO level
Well-developed negotiation and influencing skills
Expertise in Waterfall, V Cycle and Agile project methodologies
Key Tasks:
Define and validate scope of program
Build effective program artifacts
Define and assist Project Managers in building and running effective projects
Coordination of cross organization/work stream activities
Executive and steering committee reporting
Tracking and improving on project delivery standards and metrics
People management and development
Departmental financial management and reporting
