Project scope:
Monitoring & Dashboard with automated checks for the availability of applications in RC
Automated Incident reporting
SLA handshake with SOLO scoped applications (e2e in RC) and to chase them for availability during test windows.
Requirements:
Ability to analyze problems of IT systems at the L2 level in a complex IT environment.
Knowledge of monitoring tools, e.g.: AppDynamics, Tivoli, Zabbix, Grafana, Splunk, Prometheus.
Knowledge of SQL.
Experience in ticket tools (e.g. Jira, Helix).
Practical knowledge of distributed version control systems (GIT or similar).
Experience in test support tools (e.g. qTest).
Ability to interpret and troubleshoot applications using logs.
Very good command of English (min. B2).
Nice to have:
Academic degree in computer sciences, mathematics or engineering.
Experience with Python, Docker/Kubernetes.
Experience with network support.
Banking experience.
