PROJECT:
We are looking for an experienced Support Engineer to support a team of 10 people in implementation tasks, 1st and 2nd line support and also Messaging division.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supporting internal & external communication (email systems, Citrix, Webex, Teams, roll out O365, exchange, active directory)
- Acting as a support engineer for 1st/2nd line support tasks
- Issuing/creating communications and schedules for Messaging services-related projects.
- Managing large data sets and preparing for internal/external review with a high degree of diligence and attention to detail
- Understanding existing data channels and retention periods and responding to investigations within SLA
- Acting as Service Desk liaison helping to ensure that the service desk is constantly developing and improving with its Messaging service knowledge.
- eDiscovery - Working with legal and compliance to find, compile, and organize. and verify case-critical data quickly across, preservation, collection, and processing.
SKILLS / MUST-HAVES:
- Understanding of M365 platform and services to include the transition of a global organization
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams to include voice \ video
- Knowledge of Enterprise Vault and Compliance Tooling
- Knowledge of the user provisioning process
- Familiarity with Mobile infrastructure
- Ability to communicate effectively with a global organization
- Solid experience in delivering new services into enterprise environment.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Understanding of Enterprise Vault
- Knowledge of ServiceNow
