Scaling with talent from Poland

Standing in front of the need to scale their Sitecore team, while also having challenges finding skilled people within front-end technologies such as JavaScript, qualified people were not in abundance.

Facing that critical challenge, Saxo Bank turned its attention to Poland and nearshoring.

With the help of emagine, Saxo Bank was very quickly up and running with a nearshoring setup. Setting up in Poland proved very easy, although Saxo Bank is a big complex company. In general, Saxo Bank experienced that onboarding Polish consultants was similar to onboarding local Danish consultants.
