Summary: This role focuses on effective project management for enterprise-level software development programs, requiring continuous interaction with developers and users, along with a strong understanding of business functions.

The role:

  • Coordinate and facilitate routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc.).

  • Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams.

  • Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal for the defined deliverables.

  • Promote and facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to support deliverable completion and timeline.

  • Gather and facilitate status updates for deliverables to stakeholders and leadership regarding delivery, risks/issues, and schedules.

  • Ensure execution aligns with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor/stakeholders.

  • Ensure deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards.

  • Support resource planning for delivery/execution.

Key Skills:

  • At least 5-7 years of successfully delivering technical solutions.

  • Strong understanding of stakeholder needs to help envision and create project plans.

  • Experience within the scope of an agile process, including SCRUM, Continuous Build, and Integration.

  • PMP/Certified Scrum Master preferred.

  • Experience managing large enterprise systems (preferably in financial services) with numerous clients and complex workflows.

  • Ability to liaise and work with remote teams.

  • Knowledge of Bank Technical Change requirements.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in collaborative environments.
