Overview:
emagine Consultancy is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Scrum Master to join our Technology Services team. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects for a Tier 1 Investment banking client. This position requires a candidate with a strong IT background and proficiency in either German or Italian.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a Scrum Master within the Technology Services team, facilitating agile ceremonies and ensuring adherence to Scrum principles.
Leverage your IT experience to contribute to the effective delivery of projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote agile methodologies and continuous improvement.
Fluent communication in either German or Italian is essential for effective collaboration within our international projects.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience
Fluent in either German or Italian.
Strong IT background with a focus on project delivery.
Familiarity with agile methodologies, preferably with Scrum Master certification.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
